The Owner rents short term strictly non-smoking to the Client his furnished his Villa "La Gueriniere" at 21 bis, rue Marceau, 91390, Morsang-sur-Orge, France.

NOTE: Smoking is allowed on the area of the open terrace, the barbecue area, on the lawns, the pool area with on conditions of placing the cigarette butts in the ashtrays.
The wedding events, social events, family reunions for 50 people maximum.
Length of stay and prices
This lease is granted for a period of ______ days which shall commence on __________ 2012 at 12:00 and end on ______ 2012, at the price of € 4000 per week. Retainer of 10% payable on booking and the balance on receiving the keys on arrival. In addition, to ensure the execution hereof and to cover the damage that may be caused to the leased premises, the Client makes a refundable deposit of € 2000 on depending on condition of property prior to departure.
